Artwork Requirements

Images created in vector format, such as Adobe Illustrator, are preferred.  If you do not have vector art you may send rastor art, but it must be at least 300 dpi and at the full size of your imprint.  Art charges will apply to convert rastor to vector art.

Requirements: Include all files that have been placed, embedded, nested, or imported in your final layout.  Convert all fonts to curves or outlines.  Adobe Illustrator, Freehand and CorelDraw give you this option.

File Types: Adobe Illustrator CC and earlier versions (AI files); Adobe Photoshop CC and earlier versions (PSD files); or PDF, EPS, JPG or TIFF files.  Always include a copy of the full artwork.  If you are e-mailing artwork please compress files before sending to: mark@flexibleimpressions.com.

Artwork will be sized to maximum imprint size unless specified otherwise by the customer.

It is assumed that Flexible Impressions will receive all required artwork from the customer for logo creation to be used for screen printing or embroidery.  There is no graphic art time included to either create, add, delete or adjust in anyway the artwork that will be decorated onto the products.  Artwork that must be altered from the state that is received will incur an art charge of $50 per hour, with a minimum of one hour.  Flexible Impressions will be glad to provide graphic services as required at an additional cost, which will be determined based on the changes required.

Production cannot begin until all art issues / charges have been resolved and art has been completed and accepted for either screen printing or embroidery.  A delay in providing useable artwork will affect the product ship date.
